What It Is: Confidence is an essential ingredient for the next generation of leaders to reach their highest potentials. The Confidence Collective is a four-part series to transform emerging leaders from operating in a stuck loop—questioning their decisions, spiralling, holding themselves back from opportunities—to the Confidence Loop.

How It Works: This series is offered twice yearly (once online and once in-person) for individuals to register. Are you a manager? Register your team or on individual who you have pegged as an emerging leader. Or, bring Diane in to run the Confidence Collective exclusively for your department or organization.
