Coaching
In our time together, you get the best of my training as a certified coach, and my experience as a successful professional.
I utilize CliftonStrengths® and other helpful assessments to name and claim your unique access to confidence. Then we explore how your talents are showing up for you and others through reflection and goal design. Our conversations are 1:1 and confidential, and typically span 6-month chapters, at which point we review progress and plan for what’s next.
